A vibrant friendship and lasting legacy

Dave and Kathryn Clusiau have been connected to the Northland Foundation in one way or another for over a decade. Dave, a former Chair who recently retired from the Board, will retain his affinity with the Foundation as an Emeritus Trustee—longtime friends who have served the Foundation with distinction.

Northland is fortunate to have a number of such loyal supporters. The Clusiaus and a handful of others have taken their commitment even further. They are inaugural members of the Legacy Friends of the Northland, a group of donors who have shared their intent to include the Foundation in their estate plans.

The Northland Foundation’s priorities on youth and families, leadership, vibrant aging, and giving businesses a fresh or first start resonated deeply with the Clusiaus. “I feel blessed to be part of the Northland family,” explains Dave, “and it was an easy decision for Kathryn and me to make an estate gift.”
