At this session you will:
• Recognize the role of implicit bias as it relates to our perceptions of child behavior.
• Identify cultural disconnects and learn culturally responsive training practices.
• Engage in critical reflection and discussion with other child care providers and school district staff, continuing to build working relationships.
• Continue to generate more ideas for action steps to support Kindergarten transition in the Duluth community.
Please RSVP by February 7th to the Northland Foundation. Email email@example.com or call 218.723.4040.
In your RSVP, please state that you are registering for the February 12th Kindergarten Transition Session, and include your FIRST and LAST NAME, your PHONE number, and the name of your neighborhood SCHOOL.
