Over the past 23 years, this program has evolved into one of the largest regionally-based development finance programs in Minnesota. Since 1988, $43 million has been invested in nearly 450 businesses, which has helped leverage more than $256 million in other, mostly private investments and assisted in the creation and retention of 6,500 jobs.
