The Northland Foundation Board of Trustees has approved nearly half a million dollars in financing to businesses in the region through the following five loans.
Gemuenden Family Properties, LLC, Superior
IDS, Inc., Superior
Among the five recent financing projects are three Quick Turn Equipment Loans, which are participation loans made in partnership with banks that enable borrowers to purchase or refinance equipment up to $350,000 total.
Granite Gear, Inc., Two Harbors
Shel/Don Group, Inc., Duluth
222 Art Center Real Estate, Duluth
Through the Business Finance Program, the Northland Foundation offers flexible financing options for new or existing businesses and nonprofit organizations in northeastern Minnesota as well as Superior/Douglas County, Wisconsin. Many financing projects include partnering with a bank or other financial institution to provide the total level of financing a client needs.
