Parents, grandparents, child care providers, and all interested community members are welcome! In this one hour workshop plus time for discussion and questions after, Dr. Rowell will review why all the effort of trying to get kids to eat more, less or different foods backfires. Learn strategies to prevent problematic picky eating and deal with it if you are in the thick of it. Come away armed with tips!

Trainings are presented in partnership with Child Care Aware and are FREE to licensed child care providers who are both:
located in Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, or St. Louis County AND
Parent Aware participants -- must be a current Parent Aware participant OR sign up for Parent Aware before, during, or immediately following one of the trainings.
If you're not already participating in Parent Aware, you can join in advance of any training. If you join during or after, you can receive reimbursement for the cost of the training.
