Introducing Heidi St. John, Program Associate

Heidi St. John photoHeidi St. John has joined the Northland Foundation as a Program Associate. She will mainly work with the Foundation’s operating program, KIDS PLUS, which focuses on children and youth initiatives throughout northeastern Minnesota.

Heidi has an extensive background in nonprofit human services, including Life House, Lutheran Social Services and, most recently, Community Action Duluth. She has also consulted with a range of nonprofit organizations in the region on data analysis, grantwriting, and program evaluation.

She earned a Masters of Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth and Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Superior. She has volunteered with the Clayton Jackson McGhie Memorial board, served on the board and managed for East Select Youth Soccer, contributed as a Key Volunteer for the 148th Fighter Wing, served as a Cub Scout den leader, and other civic and volunteer involvement.
