Small Business Seeds of Growth event offers local entrepreneurs information on financing and other supports
No-cost event for small businesses and small business resource providers set for October 6 in Duluth. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
Small business owners, entrepreneurs, those aspiring to start a business, and area organizations that support small business development are invited to Small Business Seeds for Growth on Tuesday, October 6th, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Clyde Iron Works Event Center in Duluth. Lunch is provided.
This no-cost opportunity is hosted by the Northland Foundation, Northland Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and Huntington Bank.
Each year, Huntington hosts “Seeds for Growth” events across the country to help small business owners and community members learn more about starting and growing a business, leveraging support resources, and understanding local pathways to financing.

The agenda includes a panel presentation on navigating the lending process, a small business owners’ panel discussion, an expo featuring organizations that support small businesses, and a local Vendor Marketplace.
Panelists include representatives from:
- ARDC
